An Unconventional Walk Through the Bible is not your typical Bible study

It all started with a few random conversations where a small group of us wanted to get more out of what we felt was a typical Sunday School class that covered the same topics and concepts over and over again. We were interested in diving deeper and wanted to understand and trust the story that was the entire Bible.

One of the other constraints was that although we wanted to have material to consume before we would get together and discuss the topics, we were busy husbands, fathers, and career individuals without much free time. We decided to use Podcasts so that we could listen to material while we drove during the week.

The purpose of this website is to provide a framework for listing the podcast sessions and material that we will be using before each of our sessions/classes. For the benefit of others (in the general public) who might be going through this walk sometime after our group did, we are also including a short post-session podcast that simply covers some of the discussions that were had.

If you are using this website on your own, we strongly encourage you to find a group to make this walk with you. The benefits of discussing these passages instead of simply consuming them yourself are huge.
